Why eat me : I am a gluten-free dessert that is abundant in protein and is free of refined sugar.

Our meringue is made from free-range egg whites, unrefined sugar and cocoa – unlike conventional meringues which are made from powdered sugar. We then pair the meringues with organic yoghurt for creaminess and homemade blueberry compote for that extrac flavour.
