1. How do I order?
Ordering is easy. You can call us on 081-371-3721, drop into any of our Yoga, Pilates studios or visit our Kitchen at the Portico Building in Lang Suan. Once you’re signed up and made your first order it takes 48 hours to process
2. When does my food arrive?
All meals are prepared on a daily basis and sent straight to your choice of delivery location (home, office, gym etc.) We deliver once daily to ensure that you get the food as fresh as it can be.
3. Why is there a cut off time for additional orders and cancellations?
As we keep our kitchen stocked with market fresh ingredients, bought regularly in small batches, we need a cut off time to deliver the best quality product to you. This also prevents wastage and helps keep costs down that otherwise get passed on to the customer.
4. What happens if I go away on business, vacation or I am ill?
We understand and will put your orders on hold if you need us to. We just require 24 hours in advance. Sickness is hard to predict so please just give us as much notice as possible and get well soon!
5. How do I know if I will like the food?
We know you will, but of course you have to be sure yourself! We have a Chef’s Table you can come along to at the Portico Building in Lang Suan. Here you are welcome to book a tasting menu consisting of 3 courses to try. Our sales staff, kitchen staff and program consultant will be on hand to answer any questions you may have.
1. How do I select my meals?
Once you’re signed up we send you the weekly meal plan 2 weeks in advance both via email and with your delivery each Monday. Place your selected order by the following Wednesday by sending back to us. With over 75 unique dishes per week you’re spolit for choice.
2. How are the meals prepared?
All our food is prepared daily in our kitchen with the highest standards of hygiene and quality control. Everything we cook is from scratch. All our sauces are homemade. There are no processed foods, additives, preservatives, chemicals, sugars or trans fats in any of our dishes.
3. What ingredients are used?
Absolute Fit Food meals use Superfood and Whole-food ingredients, which are naturally high in nutrients and low in calories. We use ocean caught fish and hormone and anti-biotic free poultry. There is nothing harmful in our dishes. Vegetables and fruits are sourced wherever possible from organic, hydroponic local farmers. If a vegetable or fruit is neither we only use where our experts deem it reasonable and it’s grown locally. We do not source fruit and vegetables from China or from locations where the carbon footprint is too high.

4. Will I be able to lose weight?
Yes. We have proven results from customers that have stuck to the program and lost weight. The average recommended daily intake for woman wanting to lose weight sustainably and safely is 1,200 calories and for men around 1,600. Our meals average around 1,000 calories for woman and 1,200 calories for men. With no effort you will see approximately 0.5 kilos lost per week. Couple this with exercise and expect to see more. This is a safe timeline to reduce your weight sustainably over a period of time without dangerous crash /fad diets that will invariably see the weight come back over time.
5. Will this suit me if I’m training or do a lot of gym work / exercise?
Yes it will. Our food contains enough calories inside the meals to sustain your routine but it is advisable to talk to the program consultant to ensure you are ordering the right balance of proteins, carbohydrates and actual calorie intake.
6. How do I reheat the meals?
Some meals can be eaten straight out of the box; others can be heated up in the microwave or the oven. Our chefs recommend taking the food out of the box and putting into a oven / microwave proof dish and setting the oven to 100-120C then warming for about 12-16 minutes.
You should regularly check the food to see how it’s doing, as dishes will require different periods of time in the oven.
For the microwave, start with a minute on medium heat and then check. If it’s not hot all the way through extend the heating time by 30 secs and try again. It’s rare it would need longer but of so, check in 10 second intervals.
1. When is the food delivered?
There are three delivery windows per day. 9am – 12pm, 12pm – 2pm & 5pm – 7:30pm. You can decide this when you sign up and if you need to change, please let us know with 24 hours notice. Once you’re happy with your delivery time, you won’t need to tell us again.
2. How will the food arrive?
All food is packed into BPA free, recyclable, sealed containers with a sticker to tell you what you’re eating and why. We also clearly print the calorie content. It’s then placed into a personalised cooler bag with an ice pack and delivered to you via messenger in a sealed compartment on a motorbike. Your food is kept fresh in our fridges until it is ready to be delivered.
3. Will I be notified once my food arrived?
We’ll call you or a designated contact when the messenger arrives. Let us know your preference when you sign up.
4. How and when do I return the containers?
Please handover the previous days cooler bag and ice pack when the messenger arrives. We assign each customer 2 cooler bags and 2 ice packs upon sign up. We will send you a spare set should you not return the previous days but please do try – it is a cost to us to replace. There is no need to wash the bag, we will wash, clean and dry the bags when they are returned each day. If we find you are not returning the bags or ice packs we may ask you to pay for them.
5. Delivery zones
We deliver all over Bangkok but there are some locations that are too far out to be commercially viable for us to deliver to. However we can deliver to your office or an alternative location if required. Whatever it is we’ll work it out! Call us if you’d like to discuss.
6. What is the delivery fee?
Delivery fee depends on where you live. We’ll let you know when you sign up or you can call us to find out. Some areas around central Bangkok are free

You can pay via credit card or via bank transfer. Our sales staff will assist you. Payment is made up front for the duration of your program
2. How do I renew my package?
Simple, just contact our sales representatives and they will take care of it for you.
