Since we stock our kitchen with fresh ingredients bought daily in small batches, we need a cutoff time to deliver the best-quality meals. This also prevents wastage and helps keep costs down so we can pass the savings on to our customers.

All Absolute FitFood meals are prepared daily in our kitchen with the highest standards of hygiene and quality control. We cook everything from scratch and all our sauces are homemade. There are no processed foods, additives, preservatives, chemicals, added sugar, or trans fats in any of our dishes.
Absolute FitFood uses superfood and whole food ingredients, which are naturally high in nutrients and low in calories. We use ocean caught fish and hormone- and antibiotic-free poultry. Vegetables and fruits are sourced wherever possible from organic, hydroponic local farmers.
Yes. We have proven results from customers that have stuck to our program and lost weight. Our meals average around 1,000 calories for women and 1,200 calories for men. You can expect to lose approximately 0.5 kilogram per week. This is a safe timeline to reduce your weight sustainably without dangerous crash diets that will invariably see you regain the weight over time.
Yes, it will. Our food contains enough calories to sustain your routine, but it is advisable to talk with our program consultant to ensure you are ordering the right balance of proteins, carbohydrates, and actual calorie intake.
Some meals can be eaten straight out of the box; others can be heated up in the microwave or the oven. For the microwave, start with a minute on medium heat and then check. If it’s not hot all the way through, extend the heating time by 30 seconds and try again. For ovens, our chefs recommend you put the meal in an oven-proof dish, set the temperature to 100–120°C, and warm for 12–16 minutes. You should regularly check the food to see how it’s doing, as dishes will require varying periods of time in the oven.
All food is packed into BPA-free, recyclable, sealed containers with labels clearly describing the meal and nutrition information. The containers are placed in a cooler bag and delivered to you in a sealed compartment on a motorbike.
Please hand over the cooler bags and ice packs when the messenger arrives. We assign each customer 2 cooler bags and 2 ice packs upon signing up. There is no need to wash the bags — we’ll clean and dry them when they are returned each day. Please note that there’s a fee for unreturned bags or ice packs.
