Absolute fit food only uses hormone-free chicken, ocean-caught fish & seafood eliminating the presence of antibioitics and toxins typically found in such ingredients. All our meals are preservative and additive free. This ensures that your meals are free of harmful substances that affect developmental growth & general health.
Enriched With Superfoods and Wholefoods
Superfoods are natural ingredients that have been recognized to contain high levels of antioxidants and other nutrients, and are usually low in calories. Our meals are boosted with Superfoods such as Quinoa, Flaxseeds, Chia Seeds, Wakame, Shiitake Mushrooms, Spirulina, Goji Berries and Jasberry Rice.
Wholefoods are ingredients that are natural and unprocessed. They have been proven to support weight loss and health. Refined ingredients increase the risk of inflammation and degeneration of the body. Only organic brown/red/Jasberry rice and unrefined sugars are used in Absolute Fit Food meals.
HOMEMADE DRESSINGS & SAUCES
All our dressings and sauces are homemade and free of MSG, preservatives, refined sugars, corn syrup, artificial flavoring, and artificial coloring. They are also low in cholesterol. Our homemade dressings include Absolute Caesar Dressing, Homemade Spicy Sauce, Teriyaki Sauce, Cashew Cheese and Larb Sauces.
NO TRANS FATS
Trans fats oils have been shown to lead to heart disease, high levels of cholesterol, and diabetes. At Absolute Fit Food, we only use extra virgin olive oil, rice bran oil, and organic coconut oil in our kitchen.
NO REFINED SUGAR
Refined sugars are natural sweeteners that have been processed and stripped of their vitamins and minerals. At Absolute Fit Food, we only use Raw Organic Honey, unrefined Coconut Palm Sugar, fresh fruits and dried fruits to sweeten our dishes.
